Before you send a correction
Copy the page URL and the exact statement, score, market line or timestamp you believe is wrong. For a completed pick, include the teams, game date, saved spread or total, and the final score. That helps us compare the public page with the original locked selection and the official result. We do not change historical picks to fit a later market number.
If you are reporting a current line, include the sportsbook and the time you saw it. Odds can differ by book and can move between your visit and our next data refresh. The results page explains how saved picks are graded, while the model guide explains fair lines and probabilities.
Membership and account questions
For access problems, include the email used for your membership and the page where the issue appeared. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive medical information by email. You can review the membership options and privacy policy before contacting us.
